October 22, 2009

Dear Customers:

After nearly 38 years in continuous business, House Bronze Inc ceased operations on October 21, 2009. As of October 22, 2009, Chris Martinez and the majority of the seasoned staff have joined Steve Teeters and LaGina Fairbetter to start a new fine arts foundry under the name of Texas Bronze LLP. Certain fixed and intangible assets of House Bronze Inc have been purchased to begin the Texas Bronze operation. Their facilities will be located at 2202 East Broadway in Lubbock, Texas.

With regard to molds, you will need to authorize Gail House, House Bronze Inc President, in writing, that you approve the transfer of your molds to Texas Bronze. A copy of the authorization form can be found by clicking the link below. If such a transfer of molds is not acceptable, you are advised you must pick up your molds no later than December 1, 2009, or make arrangements to have the molds crated and shipped at your expense to you or another destination. If you do not wish your molds transferred and you have not picked up or made arrangements for your molds by or before January 1, 2010, please be advised that such molds will be destroyed.

The staff, transferring with Chris Martinez, has a total of nearly 60 work years experience and should be able to continue to serve your fine art casting needs effectively and efficiently. We are working toward a seamless transfer of the equipment, supplies and molds to better serve you and your schedule needs. In the meantime, you can reach Chris on his cell phone, 806-928-2293

If you have work in progress at this time, you will be provided a status report by mail, under separate cover. You will be asked to give Gail House permission to transfer to Texas Bronze your work in progress. House Bronze will bill you the amount owed on your work in progress and, if transferred to Texas Bronze, the balance you will owe to the new operation.

On behalf of Jerry House, who left a giant hole to fill, Jay House and I wish to thank you for your business during the tenure of House Bronze Inc. Not only have we appreciated your business, your friendship is treasured.

In Deepest Appreciation

Gail House
